The terms of sales and delivery stated below apply for all deliveries from ANNE SPANG ApS unless another written agreement has been made between you as the buyer and ANNE SPANG ApS (after this ANNE SPANG).
We make reservations for misprints and products out of stock.
Furthermore please note, that it is very difficult depicting fabrics and colours 100% realistic at photos, and that colours tend to vary a bit from one screen to another.
At ANNE SPANG you may pay for orders using:
1. A payment/credit card: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, American Express and Dankort
2. PC banking: Danske Netbetalinger or Nordea e-betaling
3. Acount-to-acount transaction: Danske Bank konto-til-konto
Due to the tailor-made nature of our products you will pay when ordering your new made-to-measure clothes. The card information is transferred to ANNE SPANG via a secure connection (SSL). The bank approves the information and forwards it to ANNE SPANG. ANNE SPANG will draw the amount when the order handling process begins.

The delivery time of ANNE SPANG is within 3 weeks from the date payment is received. During holidays a few more days of delivery time most be expected. We deliver by post and the delivery is free of charge to all countries.
In case you regret a purchase, according to §17 in the Danish law “Forbrugeraftaleloven” you can cancel the purchase agreement until the production process is initiated. In connection with the ordering process you will accept that the production is initiated and here after the cancellation right therefore no longer applies. Since the ANNE SPANG clothes are tailor made after your individual body measurements and choice of fabric and design, we can not offer full right of return as your unique item can not be sold to a third party.
There is full right of replacement, of course, if the colour, the pattern or the style differs from what is ordered. ANNE SPANG can not take responsibility for the correctness of measuring done by the customer him-/herself, though.
Replacements, Returns, Refunds
On receipt the buyer must inspect the clothes and complain about any faults within a reasonable period of time. Otherwise the complaint may be disregarded. Complaints regarding a fault which can only be detected after use shall be made immediately after the fault is discovered. Hence, the clothes can be returned after agreement with ANNE SPANG for repair, replacement or after special agreement refund. The buyer’ right to complain shall only cover damage which arises as the result of manufacturing and material fault. The right to complain shall apply during the first two years only following delivery according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The buyer has no right to complain if damage, fault, or wear and tear directly or indirectly occurs to the clothes through incorrect use and care.
The personal information you provide us when ordering is only used for order handling and will not be disclosed to a third party. Besides your personal data your IP address and possibly a link will be logged. The information is only used for statistics and in case of abuse/fraud.
All personal information is stored for 3 years to make reordering easier for the customer and for making investigation of fraud easier.
In case of an ordering mistake
A binding purchase agreement is entered into between the customer and ANNE SPANG as soon as the customer presses the “Approve Order” button in the end of the ordering process. This agreement is binding and can not be altered online. Though, if you have made a data entering mistake during the order process, we can change your order, but only if you contact us immediately after ordering, as we start producing your unique item shortly after ANNE SPANG has received your order.
Documentation and directions for use
If documentation and directions for use exist for the product, these will be enclosed the delivery from ANNE SPANG. In case you want more information or guidance from ANNE SPANG these are only intended as a guide.
Risk of loss and damage of products
The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you as consumer at the point of time of the delivery. Therefore the risk of loss and damage of the product passes from ANNE SPANG to the customer as soon as the customer receives the package (according to the Danish law Koebeloven §73).
All ANNE SPANG prices shown at the web address http://www.annespang.com include VAT. For customers from outside EU the VAT (20%) will be deducted.
